How You Can Prepare for Your Session:
- Clothing Choices: Have dresses and outfit pairs preselected and ready to show (either hanging together in a section of your closet or laid out on a surface for quick grabs).
- Device: Set your device you are using for video conferencing in a spot where your outfitter can have a full view of you.
- Virtual Access: You’ll need a Google account (Gmail works) to join your session via Google Meet, which works similarly to Zoom.
- Mirror: Position yourself near a mirror where you can see your whole body and also have easy access to your closet.
- Dressing: Choose a nearby spot to change clothes (not in the view of your outfitter).
What to Expect During an Outfitting Session?
- We spend the first few minutes of a online virtual session setting our current focus (what you specify your need for when you book your appointment).
- You try on items you are considering, receiving straightforward feedback and accessory pairing suggestions from your outfitter. (Purging and closet organization full sessions differ based on need)
- We sum up with any last details, give you the opportunity to share feedback and further needs, and we follow up with visual inspiration for you to keep and reuse when styling your outfits.
Rescheduling and Refund Policy:
- We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, you can do so via our booking calendar. A link will also be provided in your booking confirmation email.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund of that session.
- For technical difficulties acknowledged during your session, please email [email protected] within 7 days so we can resolve the issue or adjust your time for a future session.
