Visual Discretion Policy
Through our services of online virtual conferencing, clients and outfitters are to remain professional and decent in regards to physical exposure. Just like in a clothing store, all persons displaying themselves through the video format are to dress behind a curtain or door and then come out to show their fully dressed look. Outfitters may not request a client to change clothing in front of them. If there is a concern about this policy or an issue that occurred during a video conferencing session, please email: [email protected] (subject: “Admin policy concern”)
Refund Policy
We understand that there are plot twists that adjust our schedules for us in life without our consent and you may not be able to be present for a virtual session you paid for. You can certainly reschedule on the booking calendar. If you know prior to 24 hours ahead of your paid session that you no longer desire this service and are requesting a refund we will send you a confirmation within 48 hours of the cancellation and refund the full amount for the time slot reserved for you.
We also get that even though we believe we put our best expertise and organization into each service we provide, there may be unexpected technical difficulties on our end or inconveniences where things just may not work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you have concerns about how your session was affected by technical difficulties, please email [email protected] explaining your experience and we will do our best to solve the problem or refund the amount of time affected.
When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
- You are within the timeframe between making the purchase and 24 hours before the initial scheduled session time that was reserved for you and not open to other clients. If it is within 24 hours, and even prior to that, rescheduling is available to you on the booking calendar.

This was a reserved and paid for spot that other client’s were not able to access at that time. If a positive review was given without mention of difficulties and there is not evidence on audio replays, we are not subject to refund the price paid for the session that you attended and expressed enjoyment for.
